2010 Trip of Faith
A TRIP OF FAITH...
This is called a “Trip of Faith” — we will journey together trusting in the Lord to provide for us and for those whom we meet along the way.
There are many reasons to go on a mission trip: to serve humanity as a representative of God, to try to bring at least a sense of justice to a world that is simply unjust, to reveal the passionate love of Jesus Christ to “the least of these”, those on the margins of society who are often ignored and forgotten.
Many of you have been on mission trips and retreats with FPC before. In the past we told you where we were going, gave you an idea about what kind of work we would be doing, maybe even told you a little bit about the community and the people. Well...not this time.
